HDR Real Estate Photography
We use RAW bracketing across 5 exposure stops to capture the widest dynamic range in every room. Detail stays crisp both in the shadows and in windows flooded with natural light, giving clean, realistic images free of artificial colour casts.

For every shot we take 5 different exposures, capturing the perfect brightness of interiors, window views and exteriors.
- Advanced editing & post-production
Correction of perspective and converging verticals, natural colour balancing and sky optimisation.
- Delivery in two formats
You receive every image in high resolution (print-ready for brochures) and as a web version (optimised for fast loading on property portals).
- Next-day delivery
The finished, quality-checked photos are delivered on the working day after the shoot.

How many photos are included?
There is no fixed limit: we cover the whole property, inside and out, with every photo needed to showcase each room.
When do I receive the photos?
By the next working day after the shoot, in two formats: high resolution for print and brochures, and a web version optimised for the portals.
What if the sky is overcast or it rains on the day of the shoot?
Sky replacement in post-production is included in all packages at no extra cost.
Do I need to be present during the shoot?
No. Clients and partner agencies can hand us the keys directly: we carry out the shoot fully independently and are covered by liability insurance.
How much does HDR photography cost?
For apartments, from 299 CHF excl. VAT up to 3.5 rooms, 449 CHF for 4 to 6 rooms and 549 CHF from 6.5 rooms. Travel is included in Ticino and Graubünden; for other regions, 50 to 250 CHF per day is added depending on the zone, split between the properties shot on the same day (up to 3). You'll see the exact price in the online quote.
Do you also photograph villas and commercial properties?
Yes, across Switzerland. For villas, hospitality venues and commercial properties we always prepare a tailored quote and reply within a few hours.
