What data we collect
Through the website's contact form we collect: name, phone number, email address and the content of the message sent. Through the quote configurator we also collect: the property's address and features, the services chosen, the preferred date, notes and any floor plan uploaded.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request for information or a quote. We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or pass it on to third parties.
Where the data is stored
The data is hosted on servers located in Switzerland.
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-XQTF5P054E), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to collect anonymous statistics on how the site is used (pages visited, visit duration, traffic sources). Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect the IP address and other technical data about the device. For more information, please see Google's privacy policy.
Other third-party services used on the website
The website embeds Google Maps (to show our location) and Google review widgets, which may involve the transfer of some technical data to Google's servers. Some pages may embed YouTube videos: the video is only loaded after you press play and, from that point on, some technical data (for example your IP address) may be transmitted to YouTube and Google.
How long we keep the data
We keep contact form and quote request data (including any floor plan) for as long as necessary to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months unless longer retention is required by law.
