About us
10 years at the forefront of real estate media
Founded in 2016 in Ticino, dealtech was one of the pioneers in Switzerland to introduce navigable 3D virtual tours and interactive spatial models. Over a decade we have built lasting partnerships with real estate agencies, hospitality businesses, art galleries and commercial spaces all over Switzerland. Since 2017 we have also been an official partner of newhome.ch.
Fully independent handling
We take care of every detail of the shoot: many of our clients simply hand us the keys to the property, saving valuable time without having to be on site. We always work with the utmost care and are covered by professional liability insurance.
Next-day delivery
When marketing a property, speed matters. From the shoot to the final edit, our streamlined workflow guarantees delivery of high-resolution photos, ready to publish online, by the next working day after the shoot. Additional services such as video and virtual tours have their own turnaround times.
Our services
HDR photography
Professional multi-exposure shots (RAW bracketing across 5 stops) that showcase interiors and exteriors with natural light, crisp detail and true-to-life colour.
Aerial & drone photography
A licensed pilot for high-resolution aerial photos and video – ideal for showing the property in context, its surroundings and architectural details.
Immersive 360° virtual tours
Immersive high-definition experiences built with our own technology and securely hosted in Switzerland, protecting privacy and data.
2D & 3D floor plans
Accurate measurements and clear, precise floor plans created with LiDAR technology – essential for a complete property listing.
Virtual Staging, Renovation & Decluttering
We digitally declutter, furnish and transform occupied, empty, unfinished or outdated spaces, helping buyers see the property's full potential at a glance.
Real estate & commercial video
Emotive videos and dynamic high-definition walkthroughs that present spaces smoothly and engagingly on property portals and social media.
Reviews
Perfect and accurate service, Luca has a very good eye for great fotos.
The best solution for photos and 3D tours that we know of
I worked with Luca on the marketing of a property in Brissago and I'm extremely satisfied. Communication was straightforward and reliable, scheduling was flexible, and working with him on-site was very pleasant. The photos, drone footage, and 360° virtual tour turned out great and were delivered quickly. This is exactly how I want to work with a photographer. Thank you, Luca – I look forward to future projects!
