Lake Como apartment – From plans to virtual reality
A virtual tour rendered from architectural drawings, before construction even began.
This project is a fully rendered 360° virtual tour of an apartment on Lake Como, created from the architectural drawings before construction work had even started. To keep the experience realistic, the surrounding landscape and lake view were filmed on site with a drone and integrated into the render, so visitors can already enjoy the real panorama. The result is a convincing, explorable preview of the future apartment that helps buyers and stakeholders understand the layout, atmosphere and views long before the project is completed.
