Dubai – Emirates Hills villa and Volante Tower
May 2017: a private villa in Emirates Hills and the interiors of Volante Tower, designed by Saporiti Italia. Eight 3D tours in one week.
In May 2017, Saporiti Italia, the historic Italian design brand, brought us to Dubai for Xtreme Vision, the developer of two prestigious residences whose entire interior design project Saporiti had overseen, from the first concept through to installation. In one week we produced eight 3D virtual tours. The first is a private villa in Emirates Hills, one of the city's most exclusive residential neighbourhoods: three levels, an infinity pool overlooking the golf course and an outdoor lounge around the fire pit. We captured it until sunset, when the lights of the house come on. The other tours show Volante Tower in Business Bay: the lobby, the spa, the clubhouse and the apartments, with their glass walls overlooking the canal and the skyline. One was captured at night, to show the interiors with the lights of the city. Back then we worked with Matterport technology. Today we use other tools, but the goal is the same: to let people on the other side of the world experience a property.
