- Storyboard planning
We plan the ideal shooting route to make the most of natural light, the highlights of the interiors and the property's outdoor spaces.
- Smooth ground + drone footage
We capture stabilised ground sequences combined with 4K aerial footage flown by a certified drone pilot, for a complete view of the property and its setting.
- Editing, colour grading & sound design
Dynamic editing with professional colour correction and background music with a commercial licence included, for use on any advertising channel.
- Careful editing & reliable turnaround
We deliver the high-resolution promotional video in 16:9 and, on request, the social clip in 9:16 and 4:5, typically within 3–5 working days of the shoot. If you have an urgent publishing deadline, we can agree on a dedicated priority turnaround.

How much does a video cost?
The promotional video costs 450 CHF excl. VAT and is added to a photo service. The additional social clip of about 30 seconds (9:16 and 4:5 formats) costs 150 CHF excl. VAT and can only be chosen together with the video. You see the exact price in the online quote.
Can I order just the video?
No: like the other extras, the video is always added to a photo service, so footage and photos are shot on the same day.
When do I receive the video?
Usually within 3–5 working days of the shoot. If you have urgent publication deadlines, we can agree priority timelines.
Can you add my agency's logo to the video?
Yes, free of charge: we place it in the closing card and, if you like, also small in a corner for the whole video. On request we also prepare a version without the logo.
Which formats do I get?
The promotional video in high-resolution 16:9, designed for portals and websites. With the additional social clip you also get the short edit in 9:16 (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and 4:5 (feed post).
Can I publish and promote the video?
Yes: we only use music with a commercial licence included in the price, so you can publish and promote the video on any channel without copyright issues.
What if it rains or is windy on the shoot day?
Drone footage needs good weather: we agree a period with you and confirm the exact date 72 hours before, based on the forecast.
