From building site to finished apartment
When the property is still under construction, we start from the site photos and show how it looks once finished: kitchen, bathroom, furniture and lighting. Drag the slider to see the transformation.

Virtual staging: furnishing empty rooms
An empty room is hard to picture. With virtual furniture, anyone viewing the listing instantly grasps proportions and atmosphere.

We review the property images to define the right intervention: digitally tidying occupied spaces, furnishing empty rooms or refreshing dated finishes.
- Virtual decluttering, staging or renovation
We digitally remove clutter or bulky furniture left by the outgoing tenant (decluttering), stylishly furnish bare rooms (staging) or show the potential after works (renovation).

We provide both the original photo and the edited version, for a transparent, high-impact presentation on portals and in brochures.

We send the first high-resolution draft within 24–48 hours on working days. One round of changes is always included in the price to fine-tune furnishing details or tones. For extra changes or a change of style from the initial brief, we will agree a small additional fee before proceeding.

How much does it cost?
The price is per photo and depends on how many treatments are applied to the same photo: 75 CHF excl. VAT with one (staging, renovation or decluttering), 110 CHF with two, 140 CHF with all three. In the online quote you add it to the photo service and see the total straight away.
What is the difference between staging, renovation and decluttering?
Staging: we virtually furnish an empty room. Decluttering: we remove objects and furniture from an occupied room. Renovation: we change finishes such as floors or walls to show the property's potential.
How long does it take?
The first high-resolution draft arrives within 24–48 working hours. One round of adjustments is included in the price; further revisions or style changes from the initial brief are agreed before we proceed.
Does it work for a property still under construction?
Yes. We start from the site photos and show the finished apartment, useful for off-plan sales. These are indicative visualisations: final finishes and furniture may differ.
Should I state that the images are virtual?
Yes, it is the fairest approach towards people viewing the listing: say in the text that furniture and finishes are virtual. That is why we also deliver the original photo, to place next to the edited version.
Can I have it in the 360° tour too?
Yes. Staging, renovation and decluttering also apply to individual positions in the 360° tour, and visitors switch from the original to the edited version with a menu. We estimate around 100–240 CHF per position, depending on the treatments: we confirm the exact price after the site visit.
Can I ask for a specific change?
Yes, for example replacing a floor or a detail. It is bespoke work: describe it in the quote and we confirm the price before proceeding.
